Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the 91pht platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on 91pht Casino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 91pht platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 91pht Casino, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator serving Filipino players across the Philippines.

2.1 To register and maintain an account on 91pht, you must meet all of the following criteria:
2.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 91pht at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
2.4 Registration completion requires successful KYC verification using a government-issued Philippine identification document (UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license). Until KYC is completed, withdrawal functionality remains restricted.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 91pht login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 91pht will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone.
3.2 You must notify 91pht support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 91pht accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.3 You agree to keep your registered contact information — mobile number and email address — current and accurate. Outdated contact details may impair 91pht's ability to verify your identity or process your transactions.
3.4 91pht reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: identity fraud, use of automated bots, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any activity that violates PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.
4.1 All financial transactions on 91pht are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, or as otherwise stated in the current withdrawal policy published on the platform.
4.2 Accepted deposit channels include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Availability of specific channels may vary; 91pht will notify Players of any changes to supported payment methods.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Verified accounts in good standing are processed within one (1) hour during normal operating conditions. 91pht reserves the right to extend processing times during scheduled maintenance or in response to AML compliance reviews.
4.4 91pht does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and may result in account review.
4.5 Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 91pht may require additional documentation — including source-of-funds documentation — for withdrawals exceeding designated thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 91pht are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, game restrictions, and expiry periods as stated at the time of offer. Players must read the full bonus terms before accepting any promotional credit.
5.2 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your 91pht account. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are available for withdrawal without wagering requirements, subject to applicable minimums. Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable only after applicable wagering requirements have been met.
5.3 91pht reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered Player, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim promotional offers constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
6.1 All games available on the 91pht platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by recognized independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are fair, random, and not manipulated by 91pht or any affiliated party.
6.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are indicative of long-term statistical outcomes over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary. 91pht makes no guarantee of winnings for any individual Player or session.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game software error, or connectivity interruption that results in an incomplete game round, 91pht will apply its Malfunction Policy: affected game rounds are voided and stakes returned to the Player's PHP balance. No claims based on malfunction outcomes will be honored.
6.4 91pht reserves the right to void game results and withhold associated winnings where evidence of collusion, use of prohibited software, exploitation of game errors, or any other form of irregular play is identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91pht platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:
8.1 All content on the 91pht platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game software, graphics, text, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 91pht Casino or its licensed content partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express written authorization from 91pht.
8.2 Game content is provided to 91pht under license from third-party game studios including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others. Intellectual property rights in game content vest in the respective licensors. Players may access games solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 91pht's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's 91pht account at the time the cause of action arose.
9.2 91pht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings beyond those directly caused by a verified platform error, losses resulting from unauthorized account access, or damages arising from third-party payment processing delays.
9.3 91pht does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 91pht will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally feasible.
10.1 91pht is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 The minimum age to hold a 91pht account is 21 years. This restriction is enforced at registration and is verified through the mandatory KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and deposits returned less any gaming activity conducted prior to discovery of the violation.

11.2 Continued use of the 91pht platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of your PHP balance.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 91pht's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].
12.2 If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which 91pht as a regulated operator is obligated to participate in and abide by.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation legislation.
