10.1 The 91pht platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. 91pht does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. This age restriction is enforced through mandatory KYC verification at account opening.
10.2 If 91pht discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 without the knowledge of a parent or guardian, the account will be immediately closed, the data deleted or anonymized, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
11.1 91pht reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.
